कोई भी दिव्यांग (≥40% विकलांगता)
80% या अधिक दिव्यांगता वाले व्यक्ति साथ में एक सहयात्री का भी लाभ उठा सकते हैं

UPSRTC की सभी ‘ordinary’ (साधारण) बसों में मुफ्त यात्रा
राजधानी, सिटी / ई‑बसों में भी यह सुविधा लागू
सुविधा राज्य-सीमा के अंदर और बाहर दोनों क्षेत्रों में मान्य है

बस स्टाफ को यात्रा आरंभ से पहले दस्तावेज़ दिखाएं
रिजिस्ट्रेशन या अग्रिम टिकटिंग अनिवार्य नहीं है; बस में सवार होते समय यह दिखा देना पर्याप्त है

स्मार्ट कार्ड सुविधा (शहरी बसों में)

लखनऊ में ई‑बसों के लिए दिव्यांगों को ₹118 (₹100 + 18% GST) में 1-वर्ष का स्मार्ट कार्ड जारी किया जाता है
कानपुर जैसे शहरों में भी सिटी बसों के लिये स्मार्ट कार्ड शिविर आयोजित हुए
