उद्देश्य (Objective)

Anandadhara योजना, पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार की एक प्रमुख योजना है जो ग्रामीण गरीब महिलाओं को संगठित कर उन्हें स्वरोज़गार, लघु ऋण, कौशल विकास और सामाजिक सशक्तिकरण के माध्यम से आत्मनिर्भर बनाती है। यह योजना भारत सरकार की NRLM (National Rural Livelihoods Mission) का राज्य संस्करण है।

लाभार्थी (Beneficiaries)

ग्रामीण महिलाएं	BPL (गरीबी रेखा से नीचे) या आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर परिवार
Self Help Group (SHG) की सदस्य होना अनिवार्य

उत्पाद विपणन (Market Linkage)	सरकार हाट, मेलों, और ई-मार्केटिंग के ज़रिए उत्पाद बेचने में मदद
Enterprise Development	सूक्ष्म उद्यम जैसे बुटीक, डेयरी, खाद्य प्रसंस्करण, कुकिंग यूनिट आदि

हर ब्लॉक/जिले में महिलाओं के लिए विशेष Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP)
निःशुल्क ट्रेनिंग, टूलकिट और बिज़नेस गाइडेंस
सहयोगी संगठन: RSETI, DAY-NRLM, NABARD आदि

रजिस्ट्रेशन के बाद साप्ताहिक बैठकें, बचत और प्रशिक्षण में भाग लें
धीरे-धीरे बैंक लोन और बिज़नेस योजना लागू करें
