SVMCM स्कॉलरशिप: मेधावी छात्रों के लिए आर्थिक सहायता

Swami Vivekananda Merit-cum-Means Scholarship (SVMCM) पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार द्वारा संचालित एक अत्यंत लोकप्रिय छात्रवृत्ति योजना है, जिसका उद्देश्य राज्य के मेधावी और आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर छात्रों को उच्च शिक्षा के लिए वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान करना है।

यह योजना शिक्षा विभाग, विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग, तकनीकी शिक्षा और चिकित्सा शिक्षा विभाग के माध्यम से विभिन्न स्तरों पर चलाई जाती है।

मेधावी छात्रों को आर्थिक समस्याओं के कारण शिक्षा बीच में न छोड़नी पड़े
स्कूल के बाद उच्च शिक्षा (UG, PG, Technical, Professional) में प्रोत्साहन

राशि साल में एक बार DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) द्वारा बैंक खाते में जमा होती है।
